For most of the series I’ve started watching this fall, I’ve at least hit the 4th episode. I haven’t made anything formal, but some of my interests are getting uninteresting. After taking a glance over the fall season, I was sure I’d have at least 5 solid shows to enjoy until winter, but I took it upon myself to check out more than 5 just in case “things” happen. The start of fall looked something about like this (no order, first col):
I am hardly one to watch raws, but I do it occasionally. After catching the latest fansub of Tokimeki over the weekend, I went ahead and put a go on the raws of episodes 3+4. I’m not a native speaker or anything, but the vocabulary of Tokimeki is fairly friendly, meaning if you’ve watch anime or any Japanese tv,films,etc a good portion of the language is familiar. I’ll probably continue watching the raws of Tokimeki, as I did with Kamisama Kazoku, but I won’t really being doing summaries, because some of the detail eludes me. Well…
The title for the first episode was ‘An Exciting Meeting’ and this is the most fitting title possible for the first episode of Tokimeki. While I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect from this series, I was thoroughly impressed and ultimately entertained. As for ‘the meeting’, I’m not quite sure who was meeting who, it was just insanity, fun insanity none the less (*thinks Jack Nickolson in One Flew Over*).
