Dread to the one who finishes this series. Yea, all my anticipation for TG fiery intrigue.. shot out the window. The other night I flipped on the tube to see if TG would make any better progress as a story (the last 5, 6, 7 or so episodes were just a headache). I’ve lost my anticipation for this series, which isn’t a big deal, because the art is done well, but a part of me weeps, and no its not my guitar.
I could have guessed that this would happen, not just from the classic “oh my god, this story makes no sense” the series received, but because after the really interesting facts were laid out, the next details and foreshadowing revealed felt less important. Considering this story is truly played in reverse, that would make the forward watch a little more worthy of viewing, but at this moment, I’m going to march forward with Keroro Gunsou because it does not disappoint.
So long, strange, beautiful Touka Gettan, perhaps when I have time there will be a forward watch. I am quite forgiving, at least once.

Keroro, a great experience, anytime of day.

Oh shit, and I planned to watch it. Thanks for the warning.
Well, for reference, the reverse order doesn’t really give it umph, and a lot of the tie-in-story isn’t really deep or spiraling, but the story is a bit twisted and the characters are quirky (lots of them). Also, the character design is good.
