Code Geass :: Inclination

Kallen!!!

After a long weekend, I’m glad to be able to relax and catch up with GEASS. I left the raw watching at 19 and the subs at 18, a good move to break at, I think; the excitment is high!

debating with nee-san

Stage 18: Great episode. There were a couple interesting details and ideas brought in. The most interesting came from the converstion betwen Euphie and Cornelia. Euhpie was defending her decision of Suzaku as her knight, but Cornelia counters with the idea that “numbers are treated differently.” Euphie then counters stating that she will change that; a bold statement. Truly, the only way this is possible is if she becomes the emperess.

I pondered it for a second, and drew a line out where this idea could go, and I believe it is good. Anything could occur in the GEASS world, but I would not mind one bit if Euphie ended up in the top spot. Some may argue that she isn’t cold, powerful, etc enough, but that really doesn’t matter. If she can keep the truly strong by her side, she can have the caring heart and still be viciously defensive.

Anyway, I like that idea Emperess Euphemia! C.C. is still my fav though.

new GEASS details

Stage 19: Wheeew! In terms of sheer twists, details, and plain awkward situations, 19 is a floating rock. It was a bit strange to see that the only four on the deserted island were the “crew” (Euphie & Lelouche, Kallen & Suzaku). I had thought that the surrounding troops may have been blasted to nowhere-land as well, but meh.

I’ll cut to the chase on the heavy of this episode. Lulu used the Geass on Suzaku! Wicked, so wicked, I mean that’s just a rough tumble, especially for Suzaku. I felt bad for the character even though I favor Lelouche. There’s many ways to describe that situation, but Suzaku must be sickly surprised. *shaking my head* Second grand detail is the fact that Euphie knows who Zero is, but I find that sort of sweet. Euhpie is a kind bell; building headway over some of the other characters (even though a bit plain and predictable).

Love the mini-cape!

Stage 20: Hmm, huuu! Considering most episodes don’t leave off with a good vibe for all sides, I guess its acceptable from time to time. It was a cool episode, Euphie really declared herself, that was sweet. The cooperation was not a bad thing, though the mad-scientists took it with bitterness. Good episode, and surprisingly didn’t leave much of a cliffhanger. Nicely done.

The good times don’t seem to last long, next episode has a turn of event for Euphie, but also…

That’s cute!
