GaRei and Macross gets best OPs for me

DMC may not be in my top5 list of 2008, but it does have interesting concept: nice take on the classic Jekyll/Hyde idea.

@aurabolt, yes Kasahara was very enjoyable to watch, overall the quality of TS was great, the impact just wasn’t as high for me, which I feel is probably why Shigofumi was high in my ranking. Shigofumi had good impact and concept surrounding the relation between Fumi and Mika.

I totally agree on Geass, that was painfully nonsensical.

Cookies for you Ryan. Thought I was the only person laughing at Kasahara literally going, “DSAJGLDFGJ:DFGDFLSGHJ!!!!!”

Overall, nice picks for the season (except I will never understand why you and Totali rate Shigofumi so high :P). Also, thank god you didn’t watch Code Geass thinking it was awesome every two minutes. That was a face-palm fest.

As for myself… 1. Toshokan Sensou, 2. Kure-nai, 3. The rest… \(o_O)/

Indeed. Library Wars was very close to most surprising, awesome characters, solid plot, and Shibasaki is delicious. ^^ mellow bun bun

Yeah Kannagi and Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei win on the OP/ED front for me.

Also Library Wars, True Tears(<3) and Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei were all shows that drew me in. Library Wars and True Tears expecially with their storylines. Well developed imo

I think After Story is in my 2009 considerations, since it looks like 24 episodes I guess; Autumn 08 to end of Autumn 09, that’s basically my range.

DMC was very funny.

No Clannad After Story OP? Dango Daikazoku is always good though.

And I’ve really got to watch DMC some time, just for the heck of it xD
