Contrary to the title, this post isn’t about how I’ve basically abandoned using images on the blog (it takes too long, unless they are snapshots).
After checking the rss reader today, I’ve realized that I am almost under 100 articles “to read”; which is down from some 500+ a month ago. In one recent post, OGT addresses this top influential series idea, but I think he ended up exploding or something.
Here’s my take on influence:

- Why: classic comedy, slice, school, summer
- Aria
- Why: epic slice-of-life atmosphere
- Bebop
- Why: the whole thing
- Elfen Lied
- Why: sexy, violent, sci-fi romance
- Eva
- Why: brilliant, symbolic, dark
- H+C
- Why: love and life, the moment of characters
- Kenshin
- Why: history and redemption
- ParaKisu
- Why: something about growing and moving on
- School Rumble
- Why: legendary irony, legendary Yakumo!
- Seikai no Monshou
- Why: hearts in space, pulled into the world
Of course, this is incomplete for the fact that I’ve not quit watching anime; there’s always something to experience, new or old.
