So this isn’t anything, but I’ve implemented a sidebar routine which loads the rss from a melative reflection feed on anime. Sorry, it doesn’t do comments at the moments, but jeeze even getting AB.net to load an external file (xml+rss) was like uh… fopen disabled lol.
The way around this is to use sockets, which I won’t go into detail about, but for now… reflections… partially. I find it really easy to just do reflections on whatever; feels like less content is needed (the concept is similar to that of Twitter’s micro-blogging, just with media stuffs).
Bongos!

oooooo ahhhhh~ It looks really cool.
It was cut to only 256 characters each item, but I forgot the links will fail to go to full version. >_> <_<
Looks really nice, blends well with the layout. There aren’t many blogs out there that aren’t using a pre-theme so its really nice to see something fresh and different.
Everything is very silverish I guess, here now. I am pondering a way for melative refelctions to be useful on blogs, and I think it will come from API. There are settings in place s.t. non-users can comment on entries (user-enabled), but the API will allow this feature to be embedded on a blog.. like WP.
User generates API, sticks it into the wp-melative.php file and somehow commenting from WP works on melative. Dunno the specifics though.
This is looking good. Good luck with melative. :3
It’s so much work though, lol. My weekends, 12-16 hours. Mmm, I should be able to open up the registration fully, just not on the full domain. I’ll probably post about it soon.
